      <description><![CDATA[THOMSON REUTERS - In August 2011, the Guild reversed course after more than 20 years and recommended that members participate in the basic Thomson Reuters’ performance management system. We did so with every faith in our new contract, which explicitly states that managers can no longer link the performance management system to discipline. However, it seems some managers have failed basic reading comprehension when it comes to our contract.]]></description>

Members of the client administrator group – some of whom have worked here for over 30 years – walked into the office Monday morning only to be told, twelve days before Christmas, “Your job is gone, as of today.”]]></description>
