LOCAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Vote to be held on merger with Hudson County Guild

 

The New York Guild will hold a special membership meeting on Thursday, December 3^rd, at 6:15 p.m., at Guild Headquarters, 1501 Broadway, Suite 708 (between 43^rd and 44^th Streets), New York City. 

 

The sole item on the agenda will be the proposed merger into our Local of the six-person Hudson County Newspaper Guild, Local 31402, which represents workers at the Jersey Journal. A proposed merger agreement between the two locals is attached to this e-mail. Printed copies are available at New York Guild headquarters. A secret ballot vote will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.

 

All members are urged to attend.
