TNG BALLOTS IN THE MAIL

 

Ballots for The Newspaper Guild-CWA election were mailed by the New York Local earlier this week to all eligible voters. Voting instructions are included and we urge you to read them carefully before you make your selections.  The balloting process is designed to ensure confidentiality, and we want to avoid errors that may invalidate your vote. 

 

You must print and sign your name on the back of the enclosed prepaid reply envelope. You need not fill in the name of your unit. Your unit is your employer. If you have any questions, please call the Guild at 212-575-1580.

 

Contested TNG-CWA offices are president, secretary-treasurer and sector chairperson.

 

Candidates for president are Linda Foley and Bernie Lunzer.  Candidates for secretary-treasurer are Carol Rothman and Scott Stephens. Candidates for sector chairperson are Lois Kirkup and Connie Knox.

We urge you to vote.  All ballots must be received in the New York Local’s special Post Office Box by April 29th in order to be counted.
