Dear Guild Member:

            Last year, for the first time, the Guild offered a Long Term Care Insurance program to members in good standing.

There was, and continues to be, considerable interest from the membership.

As a follow up to last year’s informational seminars, we have arranged for two new open forum meetings to review the program, to answer your specific questions and to address your special issues.

The program, offered through The Prudential Life Insurance Company of New York, offers special discounted coverage to help meet the cost of private nursing home care and home care, (currently averaging $350 per day, in a facility and $18 per hour, at home).

This coverage is available to Guild members, their spouses, domestic partners, parents, in-laws, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, siblings and children over the age of 18.

The New York Guild’s Long Term Care Insurance Consultant, Arlene Resnick, of CORE Benefits Group, Inc., will be holding twp meetings at the Guild headquarters on Wednesday, March 30, 2005.  Session One begins at 12:00 noon.  Session Two begin at 5:30 P.M.  The New York Guild is located in Suite 708, 1501 Broadway (between 43^rd and 44^th Streets), in New York.
