FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS
SEMINAR
MORTGAGE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE TO GUILD MEMBERS
New York Guild President Barry Lipton is pleased to announce that the Guild will be sponsoring a seminar aimed at helping our members learn how to achieve the American dream of home ownership. The session will be presented by Alan Cohen of Countrywide Home Loans, one of the country's largest mortgage bankers, in cooperation with the AFL-CIO "Hit Home" program, which is designed especially for union members.
A free credit report will be provided to all those who attend!
Information will also be available for those interested in refinancing their current high-rate mortgages.
In addition, special guest Eric Zakarin of UBS Financial Services, who is the advisor to the CWA Savings and Retirement Plan, will be on hand for "Building Blocks of Your Financial Future," a special presentation created to help you learn how to manage your money and achieve your financial goals.
"This is sure to be an informative session, and we hope our members take advantage of this opportunity," said New York Guild Secretary-Treasurer Bill O'Meara.
